Join us for a fun day of crafts, shopping, dining & fun while you explore the Penn Avenue Art & Commercial District. Penn Avenue has been under construction  for the past year and coming together to support local business in a creative way. The public can explore the shops, eateries and as they go they also can make things, DIY and decorate a SHOP PENN AVE one of a kind tote bag (free for the first 200 people).  There are over 16 craft/ DIY stations, several pop ups, great food & beverages and lots to explore along the Avenue. 

You can kick off the Crawl, grab your free tote bag & a map by stopping by one of our kick off stations located at:

- Diva on Fleek Shop, 4600 Penn Ave

- Bantha Tea Bar, 5002 Penn Ave

- WorkshopPGH, 5131 Penn Ave

- Third Space Bakery, 5349 Penn Ave

- The Open Road NA Bottle Shop, 5401 Penn Ave

You can block print, make buttons, create bookmarks, see live sewing & have a patch sewn on, embroider, color, paint & more. Various stops will have free craft kits you can also enjoy at home. There are many places to stop in the AC, grab a beverage or food & enjoy some crafts. 

Participation is free with donations accepted to support artists offering crafts at some stations. Tote bags & marketing support generously sponsored by The Bloomfield Garfield Corporation & The Children's Home. DIY & craft support sponsored by Most Wanted Fine Art and WorkshopPGH. All event staffing is volunteer or supported by WorkshopPGH.
